This promotion is only for one month!
Who knows when they might run this promo again. This is a great deal and I hate to see anyone miss out on it.

Jaime,
I was just about to post the conference call info and noticed that you beat me too it. I am so glad to see that the information I received and posted on wahm.com has helped. I was on todays call and found out some more information for everybody. The state of Florida will be handled very differently than all the others. They will have 3 choices of health plans instead of 2.
1. Medical Only--$30/month with a one-time registration fee of $30.
2. Dental Plan--$11.95/month for individual and $19.95/month for household with a $20 one-time registration fee.
3. Medical with Dental plan--$49.95/month for individual and $59.95/month for household with a $30 one-time registration fee.
Applications taken for the state of Florida can only be done by paper until further notice.
Also the call stated that you can still refer any physician into Ameriplan by e-mailing it to referral@ameriplanusa.com . Also the new phone number for calling about the medical providers is 866-977-2477.
Hope this helps everyone.

Hi Lori,
The best bet for you is to go to www.everyonebenefits.com/km and look up the providers using your zipcode. For the dental benefits you are in the Lime fee schedule and it looks like the providers closest to you are in MA & NH. When you go to look up the dental providers it tells you the fee schedule and if you click on that fee schedule it will give some examples of the fees. Now the medical providers just came on today and their fees with vary. The minimum discount is 25% and will only go up from there. This includes all specialists. If you go with the medical plan you get the dental, vision, prescription and chiropractic plan for free. You can also look up those providers as well. Any provider can be added by referring them to ameriplan. It can take up to 4 weeks for that to happen. The only reason providers will not join is if they are not looking to increase their business with new patients. Now if you just want the dental plan it comes with the vision, prescription and chiropractic plan for free. The household plan for any of our plans include everyone living at the address--no relation required. I hope this information helped. If you have any additional questions feel free to call me at 800-720-8016 or e-mail me. All my contact information is on the website. Just click on contact us.
