Hilton Reservations & Customer Care is currently seeking professional and enthusiastic individuals to WORK FROM HOME PART TIME as Reservations Sales Specialists 20-29 hours per week. HIRING FOR CLASSES BEGINNING EVERY MONTH FOR 2008! In this sales focused position, you will receive inbound calls from our guests across the country and assist them in making reservations for our hotels and resorts and reaching solutions to their travel needs. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at all times to all external and internal customers ensuring that the highest occupancy and sales are achieved. We offer scheduling flexibility through our "build a schedule" process. You select the times you want to work. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Some day hours are also available. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required.

Requirements
Please read the following requirements CAREFULLY as ONLY candidates meeting ALL of these may be selected for an interview:

• Dedicated home phone with ability to make local calls to numbers in the 972 and 214 area codes. This phone line may not be through a VoIP (i.e.; Vonage, Skype, etc.) If you do not currently meet these requirements, you must be willing to have a landline with the outlined calling capabilities installed at your expense no later than two weeks after your start date. •High speed internet access
•Must provide or purchase some equipment (monitor, headset, surge protector, etc.)
•Professional, safe and noise-free office space at your home
•Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Excellent communication skills including the ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
•Steady, professional job history
•Good computer and technical troubleshooting skills
•Ability to pass reference checks, drug screen, and a criminal background check.
• Be able to work on-site one schedule shift per month (5 hours)
•Must have access to transportation during all scheduled hours in the event a need to report on site should become necessary Preferred skills: •Previous Call Center experience
•Previous Sales experience
•Previous Customer Service experience
•Knowledge of world geography

If hired, you will participate in a "build-a-schedule" process to select the shifts you want to work. The department is open M-F 5:00am - 12:00am, and weekends 8:00am - 12:00am. CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO WORK NIGHTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. (variety of stable schedules starting at 5 pm)Starting salary is $7.00/hr during training, increases to $8.25/hr after successfully completing training, with an additional $.25 increase after 6 months of service.
