So....what is your favorite pie?

I love a good peach pie!

My very favorite pie is a sweet potato pie, but not everyone can make a good one. I can pretty much tell by looking at someone if they can make a good one or not. I cannot make one, have never tried, and probably will never try because it will not turn out right. (That's because I don't have the right look to make sweet potato pie!!! lol)

I love a good apple pie and I make a good chocolate pudding pie, which is just instant chocolate pudding mixed with milk and poured into a ready-to-eat graham cracker crust, but it's really good.

I'm smiling reading your post. We had dinner at a friends this past Friday night. She made a sweet potato pie. My daughter loved it. About 8 years ago, my daughter went on a mission to the south. It was a mission to rebuild a church destroyed by the KKK. The folks whose church it was offered incredible hospitality. A woman made a sweet potato pie and that was the first time she'd tried it.

After Friday night, she said "mom you have got to try making this"....so I'm seeing this in my near future :)

I also enjoy sho-fly pie...which is popular here since we live near Amish Country. When I have pie...I like some vanilla ice cream with it!
