Fun and friendly people wanted! Teddy Bear Counselors will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while selling high-end Teddy Bear products and accessories. Selling is a requirement, as well as up- selling. Expectation is that agents will sell a bear to at least 55% of all customers. Excellent sales and customer service skills required.

Position Duties:
- Answer inbound sales calls selling Teddy Bears and accessories. Primary focus will be on providing the customer with a fun experience while achieving up-selling penetration, call control, QA score, and schedule adherence.
- Offering product suggestions and ideas based upon the customer's unique needs and situation by possessing excellent product knowledge.
- Accurately and thoroughly enter order information, and detailed completion of gift cards.
- Willing to offer up-sells, express enthusiasm for the products offered.
General Qualifications:
Outgoing and upbeat personality a must!
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Accurate typing and ten-key skills.
The ability to quickly navigate between multiple browser and application systems (5 browsers and/or software applications).
Please note: Schedule Adherence is mandatory and taken very seriously, adherence violations will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination regardless of your primary program affiliation.

Additional Requirements:
NO time off requests will be authorized for the ramp period (February 6th- February 13th, 2008)
This is a SEASONAL program. Production starts February 6 and runs through February 13, 2008.
You will be permitted to show additional availability during the program hours of operation. You will not necessarily be scheduled for all of your availability and will not be given any guarantee.
Flexibility required with scheduling. Agents are encouraged to check their schedules daily for any possible modifications. Agents will not be scheduled for hours not listed in their availability.
Any failure to adhere to minimum availability requirements will result in removal from the program and/or termination from Alpine Access.
Pay rate- $8/hr for production, $7/hr for training
Training Information:
Must be able to attend 100% of training
Training classes: Classes are 6.5 hours long, completed in one day. This includes a 30 minute unpaid break. Class dates run daily the week of 2/4- 2/8. Class times start at 4 am MT, 10 am MT and 4 pm MT, to mirror shift commitments. We will not be able to guarantee a particular training time. Classes are filled on a first come/first serve basis. Please sign up for a class that is within your committed shift time.
Training will be a combination of a live, conference call and some self paced training in our E-Learning Center. Agents will be required to pass a final exam with a minimum score.
A New Employee Orientation Class(Neo) (4.5 hours)will also be required to be completed prior to the start of Vermont Teddy Bear Training. If you have worked a program with Alpine Access in the last 6 months, you are not required to take New Employee Orientation.

3) 2/6, 2/7, 2/8, 2/11, 2/12, 2/13 from 10am-4pm. 10a - 3p Avail 2/9 (Saturday). Off 2/10
4) 2/11, 2/12, 2/13 from 10a - 4p, 10a - 3p Avail 2/10 (Sunday)
5) 2/6, 2/7, 2/8 from 4p - 9p. Off 2/9 and 2/10. 4p - 9p Avail 2/11.2/12. 4p - 5p Avail 2/13. (Any added Avail for 2/13 during hours of operation is helpful)
