Position Type: Home Based; Part Time
Compensation: $10-$15/hr
Details:
We are now hiring for several open positions for our staff of virtual customer service agents. As a Telephone Order Processor, your job would be to answer calls that come in from customers who are responding to advertisements and are ready to place an order. We handle several contracts for various products that are advertised in infomercials and print ads.
You would need to be able to be connected to the internet while taking calls. Calls would be routed to you as they come in, and a script will appear on your computer screen that pertains to the offer the customer is calling in for. There is some basic information you provide the customer before taking their payment and shipping information and entering it into the computer.
Shifts are set by management, and currently each shift is 4 hours/day, 4-6 days per week. After your initial orientation period, you may be offered more hours and an increase in pay. Starting wages are $10/hr.
You must have a quiet work environment, previous customer service experience, and accurate typing skills. We will contact the first 25 people who apply for this position to obtain a resume and schedule initial interviews.
