adsponsors.com is pretty good with 20 free leads to help you decide if you want to use them or not.

I too would like to know what everyone here does. I am in sales, just not products. A company. Give us some ideas! Also, I, don't know about anyone else, but I don't have money to spend on leads everyweek. So other than bought leads?
