Banana Raspberry Smoothie Using Splenda!
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 2 (8 ounce) Servings
5 Packets of Splenda (tm) No Calorie Sweetener
1 Sliced Large Ripe Banana
1/2 cup Reduced Fat Milk
1 1/4 cups Frozen unsweetened Rasperries
(strawberries or blueberries work too!)
Directions:
Place sliced banana on a plate and freeze for 10 minutes or until slightly firm. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on medium speed until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with a few pieces of left-over fruit.
I have made this recipe with rasperries, mulberries, blueberries and strawberries just fine so you can substitute with your favorite berries!
