Yes to both. I do post on message boards. I also have a MySpace page.

Yes I do! I have found some of my top business leaders in my group from friendships I have built on message boards. You will find many people jump from company to company and they do not stick to one company for more than one year. They seem to keep comng back to the boards and they see those that have stuck to one company and that is when they start asking questions and eventually they will join someone that is not a jumper and who will show them what it takes.

You need focus, a realistic time commitment, and some good mentors in this industry. You find out that many family members will frown at you and try to crush your dreams. These type of boards are great for support and business building.
