This person will be responsible for scheduling appointments with customers, communicating with drivers via wireless phone, and acting as support for drivers. This role will use the internet heavily and must be able to multi-task. General office duties will be assigned as necessary. This role will work from home on their own computer and high-speed internet connection.
Requirements:
• Must be reliable & flexible
• Must have pleasant phone demeanor
• Must have access to high-speed internet
• Must have access to computer
• Must be internet savvy
• Must be able to work entire shift without interruption
• Must be able to pass criminal background check
