Provide Customer Service from the comfort and convenience of your own home! (candidates must possess hw and sw requirements below qualifications in order to provide remote service)

Qualifications:
· Answer incoming calls, provide quality customer service while using ACT & Atlas for entering florist data completely and accurately for customer account information.
· Assist Market Area Consultants(sales associates) as needed by phone, email, and fax.
· Monitor Fulfillment Exception Queues & other department queues as required.
· Fulfill assigned tasks and complete all relevant administration documentation (faxing, phone calls, dissemination of daily reports, etc) using prescribed guidelines.
· Process and complete all new member applications accurately, efficiently, and timely.
· Research and place Commitment to Coverage orders and place outbound calls to customers and florists as required.
· Maintain empathy for the florist’s situation and go above and beyond the call of duty while Proactively cultivating and developing high level, in-depth relationships with all vendors
· Maintain a professional demeanor when handling complaints and inquiries.
· Resolve solutions in the best interest of both florist and company.
· Installation and configuration of software including various components of BloomLink Client, Netscape and Adobe Acrobat;
· Proactively monitor systems and networks to ensure systems remain available and that service level targets are met or exceeded
· Provide troubleshooting of software and hardware problems over the telephone to a non-technical user
· Take ownership for incident and problem management and ensure all escalated problems are resolved.

· Workstation Minimum Requirements.
· Desktop Computer: Pentium III 300 MHz or better.
- Operating System: Windows XP Professional or Home Edition
- Memory: Minimum 256 MB available RAM
- PC Sound: Required w/speaker
- Modem: DSL or Cable
- Video Card: Standard - Recommended 8 MB video card
- Hard Drive: 4 GB IDE Hard Drive (larger is better)
- Monitor: 17" monitor - Highly recommended

- Microsoft Internet Explorer: (6 or later) with 128-bit encryption. Windows Update.
- Antivirus Software: Norton Anti-Virus software with current and updated virus definitions
- Microsoft Office: including Microsoft Word and Excel

- Adobe Acrobat reader (free download available at the Adobe Web site)

· Dedicated Phone Line: Land line for work during schedules shifts.
· Telephone set: Must be a corded traditional telephone. No cordless, cellular/wireless, or VoIP (e.g., Optimum Voice, Vonage, AT&T, CallVantage).
· Internet Account: Subscription to a reliable high-speed ISP which has bi-directional speeds of 128K or more and which is neither a wireless nor satellite connection. A wireless connection within the confines of your home is acceptable as long as your DSL or cable connection is "hard-wired".
· Office Furniture: A sturdy desk and a comfortable sturdy chair at a comfortable height with adequate back support. (5 legged chair highly recommended)
· Battery Backup: UPS/Battery Power Supply including surge protection
· Headset: A corded headset with a noise-canceling microphone. The headset must be corded and plug into a corded telephone to allow you to work hands-free.
· Printer: Printer (color is better)
