You will be responsible for providing sales and service assistance to AARP members in a fast-paced
call center environment. You will deliver information to members who have expressed
an interest in our Health Care Options benefits and services. You will be expected to handle
both inbound and outbound communication.
Qualified candidatesmust possess a High School Diploma or GED. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
which will earn extra compensation! The ability to identify customer needs through active listening
techniques is required. Strong communication skills are a must. The ability to adapt to frequently
changing programs, procedures and priorities is necessary.Youmust be detail orientated.
