View Full Version : Your New Year's Resolutions!
I thought it would be nice to start a New Year's Resolution's thread here. Everyone can participate.
For those of you who want to take it a step further, go ahead and start your own thread in the Goal Buddy Network for your own personal goal's. We'd love to have you join us.
Writing out your goals and achievements on a regular basis can really help you to stay on track. It's also great to have the support of so many savvy and focused women!
Happy New Year's everyone!

Lori, that was an awesome video! I enjoyed it...thanks for sharing it. :D
Two goals for me...one business and one personal
1) Do a lot more writing in "2008"
2) Lose weight for my son's wedding August 2, 2008.
Happy New Year to you too Lori and to everyone!
Hi Tammy!
My 2008 goals are completely not business related this year. Somehow that feels GREAT! LOL.
1. Learn Tai Chi. I'm going to be taking private lessons with a good friend of mine.
2. Show friends and extended family how much I care about them. I tend to get so caught up in my big family at home and my business... my other relationships often suffer.
Glad you liked the video!

Tai Chi sounds interesting! You'll have to keep us updated on that. ;)
Sounds like fun.
It's important to show your friends and family how much you care and to stay in touch with them. Awesome goals Lori! :)
Oh! I forgot one :) I am rolling out a new design for FreelanceMom. It's CSS based and should be much more search engine (and user) friendly!
I hope people will like it as much - that's the scary part. But I'm so sick of the space limitations of my current design.
Anyway -- that's a goal for 2008. Hopefully in the next month or two!
What about everyone else? What are your resolutions?

I don't think I've ever officially made a New Year's resolution and I'm not about to start now..LOL, but having said that my goal is to be more consciously aware of what I'm doing or not doing and make it right or better in every aspect of my life. I know it's very general, but I want to improve everything overall.
I think Tai Chi is absolutely a wonderful exercise to take up and learn. There are so many great benefits to it. Enjoy and keep us updated on how things go.
