These cookies are called inside out because the dough it chocolate and the chips are white:
Inside Out Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 1/4 cups flour
2 cups white chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 cup butter
2/3 cup baking cocoa
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Beat butter, white sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix together the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add dry mixture to batter. Mix. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonful onto baking sheets and bake for 9-11 minutes at 350. Cool on wire racks.
