BT Conferencing is seeking individuals with business experience who are looking for a part-time professional opportunity that provides the flexibility of working out of your home.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our onsite call center with overflow support during peak volume. As a Conference Call Greeter, you will be answering incoming calls from high profile clientele and gathering their conference call participant information before transferring them into their conference.

BT Conferencing is seeking customer service oriented professionals who can commit to 15-20 hours per week - these will be "split shifts" between the hours of 9 AM – 5 PM. Some availability outside of these hours is also desirable.

Qualifications:
• Previous customer service or business experience
• Desire/need for a part-time/flexible schedule
• Ability to commit to a 15-20 hour workweek/daytime hours
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Reliable work ethic with ability to work independently
• Must have DSL or Cable Internet
• Must have a land line telephone
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment

Individuals selected will be provided with:
• $10.00 per hour
• Computer
• On-site training provided
