We're looking for a personable professional with a mind for business and an attitude for great customer service to work as a Virtual Customer Support Team Member.
Pay is $8.00 per hour to start and all possibilities for raises are based on performance. The first 90 days are a contracting period, but a full benefits package may be offered afterward. This is a full-time contract position with the opportunity to become a full-time employee with BENEFITS.
We offer flexible scheduling, and we prefer someone who would like to spread out their working time – early birds, night owls and everything in between. Full and part time positions are both available.
- Our customers receive a 24-hour turnaround on all their emails or calls, so we also need coverage on WEEKENDS.
We are looking for full-time help and we stay in contact with all team members throughout the day; good communication is essential for our growth here as well as yours. Going the extra mile does not go unrewarded.
Tasks include:
- Customer service interaction via email, telephone
- Administrative services such as: Updating spreadsheets, data entry, providing daily updates of activities, and attending weekly team calls
- Delivering a WOW customer experience for multiple product lines
What the job is NOT:
- Sales-driven, cold-calling, or commission-based.
- Part-time or limited to Monday through Friday.
Skills
What you need:
- A desire to interact with customers and provide quality service
- The ability to adapt to change and meet challenges
- Reliability, integrity and responsibility
- Math skills required
- Business skills preferred
- a high-speed Internet connection
- Windows XP
- Microsoft Office 2003 (cannot start without this version)
- Highly Proficient in Excel
- MSN Messenger (to stay connected with teammates during the work day)
- Antivirus protection program
- Computer/Internet experience and skills
