Bilingual Web Community Assistant
FunMobility is in search two (2) Bi-Lingual Web Community Assistants to support our new Spanish community for mobile devices. The Spanish Community Assistant is a paid, temporary position.
The general responsibilities of the Community Assistant include: monitoring, and facilitating the community, design and implement contests, create and input content such as; daily news, movies, games and music.
Duties:
- Actively moderate Content, Comments in profiles, chat and message boards.
- Reviewing community postings and uploads and recognize inappropriate content for review or deletion. Oversee banning/reinstatement of members. Reviewing community postings and uploads
- Answering member questions and inquiries
- Create and implement content.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Hands-on; able to roll up sleeves and get things done; quick learner
- Strong verbal and writing skills
Other:
Able to understand the mechanics of how online community programs and applications work enough to have ideas of your own about how they should and should not work. The goal of the position is to engage the community with programs and topics while creating a fun atmosphere for the end user. Working with an online community, blog, or experience with mobile a HUGE PLUS.
