Hi all,
It's me, Susan. I just thought I'd drop a note in here just in case anyone has any leads they would like to share in relation to the skills I offer.
Skills included but not limited to:
Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel and Power Point. I have done a couple of presentations for one of our local factories to use in their OSHA safety meetings, training and orientation.
Experienced with ACT contact management software, and by the way, it is a great way to manage contacts for B2B marketing.
Live chat customer support and service as well as inbound and outbound customer service, preferably non-sales. I am not an avid sales person.
Some public and media relations. Data entry and database organization and management. Research projects and some skip tracing.
Transcription is something I can do, but is not something I enjoy. Although it's not my favorite, such work has compensated for the slow times in other areas.
