Enterprise Rent-A-Car's National Reservation Center in St. Louis, MO is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives
You will handle inbound calls from across the US and Canada, assisting customers with reservations and problem solving. If customer service is important to you, come join our team as a Customer Service Representative and be a part of bringing our Founding Values to life. We are hiring both full and part time employees. Part-time employees will work a minimum of 15 hours per week and the schedule will include one or both weekend days. Full-time employees will be required to work both weekend days.
We also offer the opportunity to work from home as a Customer Service Representative. This position requires a three to six month commitment of working within our call center in Maplewood, Missouri prior to transitioning to working from home. If you are interested in this opportunity, you will be a resident of the state of Missouri and live within 2 hours of our National Reservation Center in Maplewood, MO. In addition, you must have the ability to gain access to high-speed internet through either DSL or cable, and the ability to thrive and meet goals in an independent work environment.
