#1. Can website items and catalog items be combined?
No, they can not. There are some online sales specials that are ONLY available for online purchases and can not be combined with a order at a home party or catalog order party.
#2. Can items through a catalog order party be shipped direct to the customer?
Yes, see the chart printed on the order form for correct shipping charges.
#3. Does the catalog order hostess earn the same specials as a home party hostess?
Yes.
#4. How do I figure out Sales Tax?
Do up the customer or hosts order in Web Order Entry and the form will tell you exactly what the tax rate will be. Sales Tax is some states goes by the state the consultant resides in and in other locations it goes by where the customer resides, so please do the order up in WOE to get the correct amount.
#5. Can fundraiser items be combined with a catalog order or home party order for a customer?
No, fundraiser items must be ordered as a fundraiser and do NOT apply towards sales for a catalog or home party.
#6. When I enter the catalog order party in web order entry, do I list it as a Home Party/Party Order?
Yes, you would enter it in WOE just like a home party.
#7. Who do customers make their payment out to?
A customer can make their payment out to the party host and then she/he pays you or they can make the payment out directly to you...the consultant. They can also use a Major Credit Card, see the order form for that information.
