I think most folks know, I've been in Denver this past week. My sister got married. It was wonderful. My whole family was together for this joyous occasion. Living in CA, we don't get snow. Well...it snowed while we were there and for the first time in my life, I drove in the snow. Talk about freaked!!!! My cousins were laughing at me, as they are from Chicago. For me, it was huge....there was this white stuff falling from the sky and wow!!!
On the flip side, the wedding was in Colorado Springs up in the mountains and it was just beyond beautiful. The day after the wedding we woke up to a fresh layer of snow and oh my gosh, it was just breathtaking.
So...I'm back, playing catch up. It's always wonderful to come home.
