I have worked from home for years . and until I hooked up with a professional trainer on line that taught us how to Automate our Business and budget our time I thought I was going to pull my hair out, I actuall hated my business because I had people calling me at 1:00 am and 7:00 am. I was on the phone constantly. Now it is so hands off.

Now I'm with a company where my recruiter has all of our recruiting and training set up on Automation and all of my recruits and their recruits, everybody, just plugs our people into the automated Training site it is simply awesome.

I differ just a bit. I don't believe you can have a business 100% automated. I believe personal interaction is a MUST whether on the phone through a personal email (not a form letter auto generated) or in person.

Have a training section. Have articles handy. Having company documents handy is all wonderful, but I still believe one on one interaction is a must.

I completely agree. I don't think there is any such thing as 100% Automation. I'm talking about having autoresponders set up to answer your recruiting e-mails so when I'm not home my new prospects are being responded to immediately.

Also We have a professional trainer that every body, no matter how many levels deep they come into my organization ,are all plugged into . This professional trainer is teaching everybody the exact same way, to duplicate. I know people that has had their income tripple in a month just from plugging their organization into this gal. You or I might be good at training, but that doesn't mean people below us will be, this way we all get trained in the same way and it duplicates. It doesn't stall out.

I had put 700 people in my downline in a company I was in a few years ago .I had people on my 20th level calling me asking me to train them I was about to pull my hair out. There is no way any one person can cater to hundreds of people way down in their organization. Now by plugging every single person into this trainer for free it leaves us the time to work closely with those we do recruit ourselves.

Thanks for your response. Just needed to clarify myself
