Part Time SEASONAL Work at Home Customer Service positions available!!
Be a Customer Service Ambassador for this well known retailer!! Earn extra money for the Holiday Season while working from home!! Great Opportunity for the person who loves fashion!!
You will enhance the customer experience through the identification of the customers’ needs and opportunities, and then satisfy those needs while exceeding their expectations leading to the Ultimate Customer Experience. Agents working on this program will be responsible for delivering superior customer service in all customer interactions which include: orders, product information, pricing, product availability, order expedites, returns, and resolution of general customer issues.
These positions pay $9hr. The first 60 hours of training are paid at $7hr.

Requirements
You must live within 2 hours of The Galleria, have a High School diploma or GED, be computer literate, have a a land line phone, computer with CD ROM, Speakers, and Internet access (DSL or Cable), and a quiet work environment. Customer service experience is a must! Any retail experience highly preferred. You must also be flexible to work any schedule given Monday thru Sunday between 9am and 11pm.
You will be off Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day only from the start of the project thru January 5th, 2008. No other time off will be approved!
