Hi gals --

I have a client who I manage customer service for.

I have the go ahead to begin training at least one other rep.

The position involves phone calls, so you would need to be us based. There is no guarantee on hours. I'm sure the position will evolve, but we really would be taking it day by day.

You would basically be helping with return phone calls (not cold calls/no selling), email support, help desk, possibly live chat. Being somewhat tech savvy is a nice bonus because we work with online software.

This is ideal for someone who really has a flexible weekday schedule and doesn't need to depend on steady work, although at times there could be a lot.

He sells services to political candidates so we expect business to be picking up soon. Also, please note that almost all the support you give will be with customers affilated with the Republican party. It doesn't matter if you're on the other side of the fence :) But obviously should you have a problem with that, it's not a great job for you.

Also, because these are candidates, they can be in a big hurry! And aren't always easy to get in touch with. The majority of our calls are simply answering questions or taking messages for someone who can answer them. But sometimes you will get a 'fed up' customer.

My ideal candidate is someone who is available on IM a lot, owns Microsoft outlook, has a fast internet connection and doesn't get too ruffled if they encounter an impatient customer...

Please contact me with any questions or to send a brief resume and your rate.

Thanks!

Lori

Hi, I am in Missouri and I just happen to be a staunch Republican. LOL

I am interested in the job you posted as I currently work for the state medicare SHIPP program part time as a liaison and the duties you mentioned are very similiar, except I have thousands of benificiaries I must call back each month to answer questions or find answers for them.

I have learned to be exceptionally proficient at multi-tasking as I only have twenty hours per week to get to everyone

If you need a resume I can send one in word or pdf format.

The best way to contact me is by email as I have my computer on at all times.
Thank you for any information.

HI Lori,

I do consider myself a conservative republican , yet I am accepting of all people. I have worked on campaigns in my home town so I am some what aware of the the intensity this work can take on during this season.

I am not easily ruffled by others, everyone has bad days from time to time and I always take into consideration that a person reaction to me may not be personal at all. I have Microsoft outlook , and msn messenger .

I'll look foward to hearing from you

Tara

Hi everyone,

I wanted to let you know that I've put off hiring someone for a little bit, at least a few weeks. I want to be sure the women who are working now have enough hours and we seem to have a little lull here.

I still encourage you to let me know if you're interested, but please don't expect something immediately.

Thanks!

Lori
