I just recently joined AmeriPlan, and I felt really overwhelmed at first. But everyday I feel more and more confident. People are really impressed with how affordable it is to cover an entire family. I hope to see more people on the forum with AmerPlan. It's so nice to work with people who care about what they are doing. I love being able to make health care more affordable to those who need it.
If anyone has any questions please feel free to contact me.

I have been considering this. How is it working out for you? I know it is cheap, and it is really a pretty good alternative to those who do not have insurance thru work or cannot afford insurance - i find it a little daunting to put up money for something I am not really certain I am sure will work out for me (work-wise) and have seen a few posts of people that feel it has not been working well for them. I would like to know a little more if you would like to share!

I am doing well so far. When I tell people how affordable these benfits are they really jump on the opportunity to get them. My biggest problem is that we don't have a local detal provider (the closest is about 2 hours away) But what I have found out is that I can get providers to sign on too, and make money. I have a lot of people who purchase the benefits to get cheaper prescriptions, because they need these monthly, it is worth the $19.95 fee to save them up to 50% off of their meds.

Anytime you start your own business it takes work, and you will have your ups and downs. So far I have been with AmeriPlan for 2 weeks and do not have any regrets. I am making money, and with time it will only grow. The way I get paid is when I sell a $19.95 plan I get 6 a month for the life of thier plan. Say you sign up 100 people with this plan - 6 x 100 is $600 a month. You also make money by signing on brokers. And you keep getting paid even if you quit working. There are several people that work in this company that are making over $100,000 a year residual income, and got to that point in about 2 years. If anyone has any questions please feel free to contact me. I am willing to answer any questions you may have. My contact info is on my site, if you want to talk e-mail me your phone number and I will call you.

I am glad you are having such good luck with Ameriplan. A couple of months ago I tried to start with them put did not get very far. People in my area (FL) were not interested. Good luck!

I am sorry to hear it didn't work out for you. Did you try to market your business outside of your area?

Well since I was starting, I did not want to move to fast marketing out of my area. I also think that at the time, my heart really was not it in. I had just given birth to my first child and most of my attention and time was focused on her.

I can see your point there Tonya, it is hard to tear yourself away from a new baby. My two are 8 & 9, so I have plenty of free time while they are in school. Congrats on your baby girl!! Is she your first?

Yes she is my first and she takes up all of my time. I work from 7:30am-4:00pm and it seems like there is not enough hours in the day!
