These in my experience are the important things to succeed in online work at home (For beginners):
1. Your own website or blog: you can get free blog. To get your won website it may cost may be less than $10/month. I am spending $8/month. Building website is very interesting. It is fun. I did not have a prior experience in building a website. There are enough free source in the web.
2. Bringing traffic to your site: Useless to have just a good site. You must bring visitors to your site. This is the MOST important part. Quickest ways need money. Best way is advertising in google "Adword". E.g spending $0.10 t0 0.30 per click on your site. To me the key to success is in selecting right key words with minimal bid to get quality visitors. This need time and some intelligent.
3. Google Adsense: This is Free. Google keep advertisement on your site and pay you for each time a visitor click google ad. Recently I got $156 from google. This is my first cheque.
