Hello. I am pretty much new to this site, so I hope I am doing this right.
I am just about to complete my medical coding/billing training from a Training Institute. My long term goal is to work from home on permanent basis. However, I would like to only file electronic/paper applications. Can someone tell me if this is even possible? I see a lot of ads that say you must have 1+ yrs of experience. Does this mean that in order to become an at home medical biller, you must work in an office for several years first?
If anyone has any good information on this I would really appreciate hearing from you...
