Sample Contract templates?

Hello!

Does anyone have a site where there are examples of contracts to send clients? I had the Graphic Artist Guild Pricing Guide, but it's somewhere buried in my basement mess and I have a pending job I need to get a contract to.

Any help is muchly appreciated!
