ACD Direct has immediate openings for Bilingual (English/Spanish) CSR Independent Contractors working from your home! The project consists of answering calls and data entry. If you are interested, please review our requirements below to ensure that you comply accordingly:
Experience:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish). Fluent in both languages.
• At least 6 months experience working in a call center environment. Work-at-home experience preferred.
• Must pass background check.
Basic Hardware Requirements:
• Standard telephone line.
• High Speed Internet Service. (256K minimum).
• Corded/cordless phone WITH a noise canceling headset.
• PC compatible computer system (no MAC’s). Minimum PIII 800mhz and 256 MB RAM (512 MB recommended).
• Windows XP (Home or Pro Edition) operating system.
• Anti-virus software (updated frequently).
• Microphone and speakers (or headset containing both).
• Desk /Chair.
