I just got the coolest email from our head honcho. He created a special yahoo group for anyone who has any type of special needs. His deaf team members were struggling to express their concerns in the (mostly) hearing yahoo group... and they didn't feel that they were able to discuss their situations openly. The group is open to ANYONE on ANY team who would like to assist with - or needs assitance - with those that have special needs and are working their Scent-Sational business.
I just think this company is so special - for me, its the little things like this that sets them apart. :heart:
