Position Type: Home Based; Part Time or Full Time
Compensation: $12.00/hr
Details:
This company handles the customer service responsibilities for several utility companies. This position is for online customer support, where you will be interacting with customers over the internet via live-session chats or email. Customers need help with accessing their accounts, registering new accounts, accessing the online payment system, etc.
Shifts are available:
(4)M-F 8am-3pm (eastern)
(1)M-F 2pm - 6pm (eastern)
(3)Tue-Sat 10am-4pm (eastern)
You must have a computer with high-speed internet access. You must be able to type 45+wpm with experience in customer service.
