Hi, I didn't find another place for this question so I thought I'd place it here. I'm freelancing at home doing a few different things -- writing, editing, and then video editing/graphic design on top. I love the work but the number of clients and diversity of the accounts is getting challenging. I've been looking into some solutions for CRM/hosting and what-not -- kind of like what Microsoft Live Office offers -- but I'm not really sure what to look for or who provides the best customer service, which will be a MUST with me. Has anyone else found these kinds of methods worthwhile?

My favorite CRM to work with has been Salesforce (http://www.salesforce.com). For an opensource solution - SugarCRM (http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/) has a lot of the same functionality.

For our business (http://www.outsourcingideas.com), my husband and I use Axosoft's OnTime (http://www.axosoft.com/). It's not so much a CRM as a Project Management Tool...
