Since I joined the forum, and by the way I love it!, I have had a pipe break in my upstairs bathroom and my house was flooded. Whine.. whine.. but I get some new stuff out of the deal. Anyway, I have not been around to contribute, but wanted to say that this is a great place and I can't wait for things to settle down so I can get back. Thanks for everyone's kindness!

Sounds like you have had your hands full :( Are you able to live in the house?

Sort of. lol Most of the damage was done to the downstairs. I have no kitchen right now, it's been gutted. But the fridge is in the garage and running. We have to eat out a lot and that is a pain. I love to cook, but it will be at least another week before I get my kitchen back. But at least it will be a NEW kitchen.:)
BTW I love your recipe site. I'll find something to try out when the house gets back in order. Thanks for responding.

We eat out more than most. But I also do love to cook.
Three houses ago, we redid most of the house. I was without a kitchen for about 2 weeks. It was indeed a pain.
Glad to know everything is on the mend. Oh...I added about 20 new recipes to my site today.
