Hi Ellen,
Your eBook sounds like a great idea - I personally have always had a struggle with my weight.

Throughout my younger years (elementary-middle school) and the first couple years of high school I had weight problems. Though I wasn't morbidly obese, I was very self conscious.

I finally lost about 30 lbs my senior year in high school and managed to keep it off since (well, I just recently gained back 15).

But I'm curious...are you looking for any specific weight loss stories? I ask because I didn't diet to lose any weight, I simply joined a few extracurricular sports and continued on after I graduated.

I really didn't even change my eating habits, however, the increased exercise did change my appetite.
