Virtual Catering Sales Representative (Temporary Position, 3-4 months)
Due to on-site training requirements, all candidates must be located in Colorado.
Purpose of the position: Process all types of calls including catering customer inquiries, order capture, complaints, priority calls, and assist in the resolution of customer needs according to department guidelines via a remote, home office location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Receive approximately 30-100 inbound calls per day from catering customers, listen and respond to callers, ask appropriate questions, input information accurately while listening, verify customer information, resolve or dispatch issues that require action
Influence customer decisions to maximize the benefit to the customer and Boston Market Corporation
Maintain an average call time of 2½ - 5 ½ minutes depending on call type
Assist in the resolution process for all customer cases according to department procedures. This includes, potential refunds, offering fulfillment to the customer when appropriate, respond to customer requests in a professional manner
Exemplify and adhere to Boston Market Corporation's customer focused mentality
Meet or exceed all departmental performance standards
