Job Summary: The Medicare Sales Representative will drive and achieve sales goals by managing business relationships of Medicare prospects within an assigned territory. This individual will work from a home office.
Essential Functions:
• The Medicare Sales Representative is responsible for educating seniors and the community about the Community Choice Medicare Advantage plan; generating enrollment leads and referrals; enrolling seniors in the Community Choice Medicare Advantage plan; and presenting plan information at community-based seminars.
• Work with Medicare Sales Coordinator to drive and achieve sales goals by leading or advancing the sales cycle.
• Participate in planning and implementation of community outreach strategies and programs
• Act as a subject matter expect on Community Choice Medicare Advantage plans and product offerings
• Basic administrative duties as needed, including updates and maintenance of appropriate reporting/database systems (funnel management, customer information, territory planning, etc.)
• Develop new forums to market and educate Medicare consumers about Community Choice Advantage or CareSource Advantage
• Maintain working knowledge of plan benefit, program changes and industry insights.
• Ensure compliance and quality of sales process components, adhering to all applicable state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Perform any other job related instructions as requested, with reasonable accommodation.
