Our National Virtual Customer Care team provides award-winning customer service by responding to the inbound calls from existing customers. Members of our Virtual Team are experienced customer service professionals, located throughout the United States, who provide the same high-quality services to our customers as our in-office staff, but do so from the comfort of their home offices.
If you are an outstanding customer services professional who wants to join an industry leader dedicated to helping people, consider giving up your daily commute and becoming a Virtual Customer Care Associate! You provide your professional experience, ability to work independently, home office, and internet/phone connectivity -- we provide training, support, and state-of-the art equipment and Internet-based computer systems.
Qualifications for this position include:
* College degree or some college/advanced education preferred
* Minimum two years of customer service experience, including some telephone customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Good data entry and multi-tasking skills (must be able to enter information into customer accounts while actively listening to customers)
* Professional home office environment
* Proven ability to work with little/no supervision and independently
* High speed internet connection and a dedicated telephone (land not VOIP) line (no long distance services required -- only unliminted inbound calling is needed)
* Ability to attend four weeks of training in the Atlanta area in September, and travel (at our expense) to Maryland for one week following training
* Abilty to work one of the following schedules:
- 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday
