I have got to change hosting companies... as of now I cannot upload to my host and they will not answer emails.. and phone number is nowhere to be found. Recommendations for hosting companies please.

Figures, I get work and can't upload! :lol:

I use splash host and have had good luck. How much space do you need?

I have a bulk account. No obligation, but let me know if you want to buy space from me. Good deal - nice control panel, and all the usual stuff.

I use www.cclhosting.com and have many, many personal & client websites with Greg. He is GREAT to work with and also answers my emails (even of the weekends) as quickly as he can.

I can't recommend him highly enough!

(I have no affiliation other than a very satisfied customer.)

I use a few different web hosts, for different reasons. Although they all have excellent customer service and tech support, no single host is the ideal solution for every web project.

May I ask you, what your needs are? For example, how much disk space? Bandwidth? MySQL? PHP? CGI? Any other special needs?

Did you find a new Host Shelly? I have a good guy - no downtime in the five years I have been with him. LMK.

BTW, I am from GA too - I have been in SoFla about 10 years, but all my family is still there - in Marietta. As well, my husband was born in Gainseville - he has one aunt there, and the rest of his family live in Habersaham County.

Oh, and another BTW --- I am a member (obviously NOT on the design team as of yet) of DO, and I visited your site after looking at a good few of your mock ups. You have a very nice design eye, and style, and I very much like your site. Good Job.

Finally, thanks as well for getting me here, because I followed the link from the front page of your site to find this forum :D

Even though this was originally posted some time ago, I'd like to put in a good word for my host - WiredTree (http://www.wiredtree.com), I've never had trouble with them, always answers my emails within a couple hours at the very most.
I guess I should also be plugging my hosting company :oops: luna624 design & Hosting (http://www.luna624.com)
