This is a telecommuting position responsible for Inbound sales. You will serve as the first point of contact with existing and perspective Spanish speaking customers.
- Sell Apple products and services.
- Provide in-depth product information to ensure that every customer gets a clear understanding of the Apple products and services available.
- Collects customer information.
- Directs customers to other Apple resources as needed.
This is in a call center environment and a flexible schedule to be able to work a variety of shifts is very helpful.

Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish.
Ability to telecommute.
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to work varied shifts. Call Center hours are 5am to 11pm, Monday through Friday. Shifts/Schedules will be revised every two months.
Type 35 WPM.
Experience in high tech sales and/or customer service, in a telephone based environment is a plus.
College degree a plus.
