We are currently seeking qualified individuals for our Part-time "Work at Home" E-Hotline Agent.
We are looking for dedicated, enthusiatic team members with a positive attitude. As a tele-commuting Hotline Agent, you will answer incoming calls in your own home from Customers in need of emergency road service. After gathering detailed information, you will dispatch calls to the appropriate shop or service providers who will assist the Customer. The Emergency Road Service/ Customer Service Department is open 24 hours per day, seven days per week. We offer flexible work schedules, paid training, part-time positions. Applicant must possess good Customer Service communication skills, clear speaking voice, PC knowledge and a PC with a broadband internet connection.

Requirements
Customer service, Computers (basic general knowledge), 10-key
Scheduling will be based on call volume.
Must have a Computer and a reliable internet connection. All systems will be check by our Customer Service Dept IT personals to ensure systems are adequate for this position.
This is a "Work at Home" opportunity. Must be able to work on Week-ends. Additional requirements will be ask during a telephone interview process.
