		<description>&lt;p&gt;Sort of shocked by the number of spelling and grammatical errors in your post above, especially if you are being retained by Fortune 100 companies.  I&#039;m not trying to offend, just suggesting that good grammar is still a value we should all hold in high value, especially as consultants.  Examples: &quot;Online Reputation Mangement&quot; (Management), &quot;But its good to know&quot; &quot;but its interesting to me&quot; (should be it&#039;s in both cases), committment (commitment).&lt;/p&gt;</description>
